Bioskills Development Program
The bioskills development program is designed for fresh and final year graduates of life and Pharma sciences. The program gives an overview of technology interface and introduces intensive modules of basic laboratory techniques with hands on practical training. The program addresses the basics in Genomics, Proteomics, Bioanalytics and Bioinformatics. The main tools and platforms used for this training program are Agilent Bioanalyzer, Gradient PCR, Electrophoresis methods, High throughput Liquid automation systems, cell culture techniques etc.
Foundation Certified Program
A three months modular hands-on training program is designed to empower the fresh biotechnology graduates interested in taking up industry related jobs. The course consists of intensive workflow models for teaching Genomics, Proteomics, Bioanalytics and Bioinformatics are offered. Additionally, the students are given training in GLP, cGMP. ISO standardization practices along with the art of writing industry format SOPs. A battery of conventional and advanced techniques in Life and Pharma discovery sciences are used during the training program.
Advanced Technology Certified Program*
We offer extensive hands-on training for six months for Graduates and post graduates and researchers based on individual project titles awarded to candidates. The program is designed to bring out and polish the research talents of the students with the active support of mentors. High end technologies and tools are routinely used in this program. A thorough selection procedure is implemented to short list the applicants and selection of students depends on their research aptitude and determination to succeed rather than their grades in college examinations. Currently we allow applicants to work on the following areas. Selected candidates may be offered extension of their studies to M.Phil or Ph.D. level based on their performance and internal evaluation with external registration for thesis submission.

Cardiovascular Biology
- Design and Development of "Ob-Gene" Chips for profiling obese sensitivity
- Bioinformatics approach for obesity gene profiling
- Role of Fibroblast Growth Factors receptors in Cholesterol metabolism

Train the Trainer (TTT) Program
We offer tailor made courses for the existing College and university faculties in Biology, Chemistry and interface disciplines. The curriculum is designed to support faculty members doing active research in cross border areas (like a synthetic organic chemistry expert working on discovery of biology active anticancer molecule). The faculties will be given latest modules of technology training and exposure to collaborative programs for developing long lasting Public Private Partnership Programs with active supports from governmental and non-governmental funding supports.
