"NEED" ( New Employee Expertise Development ) program
Under this initiative, ILS bioservices train fresh recruits of corporate employee force in accordance with specific agreement between the client organizations. The features of this program include:
- Guaranteed supply of two trained employee with each advanced instrument technology platform that is sold/installed by the client company. ILS bioservices can assist in recruiting local talents to effectively address the attrition and lack of technical manpower for operating life sciences technologies in research institutions across Asia.
- If client organization is reagent marketing leader, we train the new recruits in total features of selected reagent class with "hand on experience" in wet laboratory environment for addressing customer needs including technical troubleshooting more effectively.
"RE-VISIT" (Re-Energizer Validation Initiative for Science Innovation Technologies) Program
Under this customized program, senior faculty members from academics and corporate will be trained on latest and cutting edge technologies such as Genomics, Proteomics, Bio-analytics, Bio-IT and Laboratory information Management System (LIMS). This is aimed at helping decision makers to design and develop advanced R&D projects to utilize latest product portfolios of corporations like Thermo Fisher.
Scientific Writing
We conduct frequent short term training programs for improving scientific and technical communication and technical writing skills. The program is conducted at our global discovery center with the active participation of national and international faculties in science writing, grant management, R&D project management, result communication, data archiving and LIMS platform.
